Hey class pres and tech guys...what are the latest rules on bottom prep?
I figure that all the hauled boats will be bottom painting soon enough.

We (BVI Fleet) need to put aside a day for weighing and measuring in October B4 the 27th but not P.Sheals w/e or Willy T race day!
Any suggestions?

Ballots about to be sent out.  I am still waiting for review confirmation from Robby and Rosenberg.  As soon as I get those, i will send out.  Hopefully today or tomorrow.
